Hello! I was really excited to find that there is a way to display Confluence pages within JIRA – but am looking for a way to embed Confluence page(s) within a JIRA issue (as opposed to the dashboard). I’ve searched the plugins pages and documentation pages but your plugin is the closest thing I’ve found. Any thoughts? Thank you!!!

Hi Tommi,

I found your parent issue summary field plugin while I was trying to find a way to extract the summary text and put it as a prefix to the summary of a newly created subtask. I thought that if I included the parent issue summary field in the sub-task’s screen, I would be able to copy and paste its value using javascript.
Unfortunately, the screen does not display this field at all. I guess that this field does not behave like any other custom field. Could I be able to do something with it or should I stop considering this solution?

Hi Tommi,
many thanks for your plugin “parent task summary”. It is a small but important extension! One question: Is it possible to sort issues so that the parent task is always followed by the sub-tasks?
